Summary: We are continuing our investigations and will share more information as soon as possible. Only SMS PIN delivery is impacted. There is no impact to email PIN delivery, therefore clients should be able to access their account by selecting Email PIN instead of SMS PIN when logging in. We regret any inconvenience this may cause for our customers.
Impact: Users may be unable to receive SMS PINs when requesting from phone numbers on the T-Mobile network.
